The Basin's Plumbing Crew

Local, licensed & insured, and built for the way this place actually works — boom years, bust years, hard water, moving ground, and all.

Who we are

Permian Basin Plumbing Co. is a locally based plumbing company serving Midland, Odessa, and the communities in between. We started with a simple observation: this region has plumbing problems most of the country never sees — water at 23 to 35 grains per gallon, slabs riding on caliche that never sits still, and housing that turns over with every oil cycle — and the plumbers who understand that combination are the ones who grew up with it.

So that's who we hired, and that's who we are. Our techs live here, their kids go to Midland schools, and they know the difference between a Grassland Estates build and a boom-era duplex off the Wadley corridor without needing a map.

What we stand for

  • Straight answers. If repair beats replacement, we say so — even when replacement pays us more.
  • Flat pricing, in writing. You approve the number before we start; the number doesn't move.
  • Documentation on every job. Photos, model and serial numbers, materials lists — standard, not an upsell. Landlords, investors, and out-of-town owners rely on it.
  • Local accountability. We're reachable by the same number we advertise, and we answer it ourselves.

Built for boom-town plumbing

Midland is one of the fastest-growing cities in West Texas — up roughly 11% since 2020 — and the Permian Basin drives a nine-figure chunk of the Texas economy. That growth means constant rental turns, crew housing that cycles residents, new construction next to forty-year-old boom stock, and plumbing systems stressed by both. We built our schedule, our pricing, and our documentation habits around exactly that reality.

Whether it's a water heater swap before a new tenant moves in, a slab leak under a Polo Park kitchen, or a full repipe of a 1980s Tall City classic, we treat it like our own house — because around here, reputation travels fast, and so do we.
